Policies
Deposits and payment
The Private Style Consultation is $99, paid in full upfront, and is not credited toward any service. Every other service follows this policy:
- A 10% deposit books your service.
- The deposit applies toward the total price.
- The remaining 90% is due before the service begins.
- With 48 or more hours notice, the deposit can transfer to a new date.
- With less than 48 hours notice, or a no-show, the deposit is forfeited.
- Shopping purchases remain separate.
Choose service → pay 10% → appointment reserved → receive confirmation → pay remaining 90% → service
All payments are handled securely through Square.
Cancellations and rescheduling
We ask for at least 48 hours notice to reschedule. With 48 or more hours notice, your deposit transfers to your new appointment. With less than 48 hours notice, or a no-show, the deposit is forfeited and is not eligible for a refund.
Punctuality
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Arriving late shortens your session rather than extending it, out of respect for the client booked after you.
Personal shopping purchases
You are responsible for the full cost of anything purchased on your behalf during a personal shopping session, in addition to the hourly rate.
Photo and social media use
We may photograph sessions and results for our portfolio and social media. If you'd rather not show your face, we're happy to keep it faceless. You are always welcome to opt out, and we will honor that at any time.

Questions
What happens after I book?
Square confirms your appointment and sends a receipt right away. If we need anything else before your session, we'll text you at (805) 512-5623.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Text or email us at least 48 hours before your session and we will find a new time.
Do you work virtually?
The Private Style Consultation and The Style Edit are virtual only. The Reset and Private Personal Shopping are in person only. The Atmosphere Edit and The Full Expression are available either way, over Zoom — a virtual Atmosphere Edit runs 1 hr 45 min instead of 4 hours.
How does payment work?
The Private Style Consultation is $99, paid in full upfront through Square, and is not credited toward any service. Every other service requires a 10% deposit to reserve your appointment, with the remaining 90% due before your session begins. The deposit is non-refundable but is applied toward your total. See Policies for how deposits work if you need to reschedule. Virtual services are a set price. In-person services are charged hourly, except The Reset, which is a flat rate.

- Sunday: 3 to 8 PM
- Monday: 9 AM to 6:30 PM
- Tuesday: 9 AM to 6:30 PM
- Wednesday: 9 AM to 6:30 PM
- Thursday: 9 AM to 5 PM
- Friday: 9 AM to 7:30 PM
- Saturday: by request, for Private Personal Shopping and The Atmosphere Edit only
